Relations with Trade Unions

UKAEA encourages its employees to be members of a Trade Union. We enjoy positive relationships with all our recognised Trade Unions, and work in partnership with Union representatives to benefit the organisation.

We recognise five independent Trade Unions, listed below. They represent employees in consultation and negotiation with company management on a wide range of issues including conditions of employment, health and safety and other organisational and strategic issues.
