CB1258	A	Maintenance for Video Conferencing Systems There is a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the maintenance of the video conferencing systems located at various sites across the UK. There are a variety of systems deployed, along with a Tandberg Management System. All the equipment is Tandberg. This will be a 7 month contract with an option to extend for a further two years on an annual basis. The contractor should be able to provide support across the UK at short notice. CB1256		EAF DECAY DATA EVALUATION There is a requirement for evaluated decay data files for a set of nuclides to enhance the existing European Activation File (EAF-2007) (see http://fusion.org.uk/easy2007/ for background on EAF). The following requirements are to be covered in the contract: The nuclides below need to be re-evaluated so as to provide a complete and consistent decay scheme with suitable values for properties such as half-life and emitted particle energies. The results of the evaluation must be produced as an ENDF formatted data file of a quality suitable for use both the EAF library and also for consideration by the international JEFF project (www.nea.fr/html/dbdata/projects/nds_jef.htm) A report is required detailing the evaluation work carried out for each nuclide with a summary of the properties and statistics to demonstrate the adequacy of the evaluation. The following nuclides require evaluation: Ga-67, Kr-83m, Zr-93, Tc-98, Rh-101, Rh-101m, Cd-115, Cd-115m, Xe-129m, Xe-134m, Nd-141, Nd-141m, Tm-167, Re-183, Ir-189, Ir-193m, Ir-194m, Ir-194n, Pb-207m. Interested contractors should complete and return the Prequalification Questionnaire along with evidence of experience of previous similar work. CB1255	B	Ball Bearing Slewing Ring with integrated Spur Gearing Ring for the PFR RDM There is a requirement for a Ball Bearing Slewing Ring with integrated Spur Gearing Ring for the Dounreay, Prototype Fast Reactor (PFR), Reactor Dismantling Manipulator (RDM). Dimensions: Maximum outside diameter: 4.9 metres Minimum inside diameter: 4.5 metres Maximum height of outer ring: 0.1 metres Maximum height of inner ring: 0.17 metres Both inner and outer races of slewing ring are required to be bolted down. The inner race outer circumference requires an integral spur gear machined into it. The weight of all components acting axially on the slewing ring is approx 40 tonne. Maximum moment on bearing: Mast extended 5 metres vertically down. Telescopic boom extended 2 metres in the horizontal axis. The load at this point maybe up to 5 tonne. Specialist HEPA filters are also required in accordance with nuclear establishment standards (such as AESS 30/95100). The Contract is not for any fixed quantities of supplies but only for such quantities of supplies as ordered.
